Eligibility for a Return
We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, dislike of the product, or minor variations in colour, texture, and wood grain, as these are inherent characteristics of our handcrafted items.
A return will only be accepted under the following two conditions:
• You received a damaged or defective product.
• You received the wrong product (i.e., the product delivered does not match the item in your order confirmation).
How to File a Claim (Mandatory Process)
To be eligible to claim a return, you must adhere to the following steps:
Time Limit:
You must contact us via email within 48 hours of receiving your order. Claims made after this 48-hour window will not be entertained.
Proof Required:
A clear and complete unboxing video is mandatory to process any return claim. The video must show the outer packaging, the shipping label, the package being opened, and the damaged or incorrect item being clearly visible. Claims without a valid unboxing video will be rejected.
File the Claim: Please email us at [Your Email Address] with your Order ID in the subject line. Attach the mandatory unboxing video and a brief description of the issue.
Resolution Process
Once our team receives and verifies your claim, we promise the following:
• We will arrange for a reverse pickup of the damaged or incorrect product from your address at no extra cost.
• Upon successful pickup, we will immediately dispatch a free replacement for the same item.
• A full refund will only be issued in the rare and unforeseen event that a replacement for the product is out of stock.
Cancellation Policy
